Black Cotton Macramé Wall Hanging, 180 × 275 cm

Quiet, graphic and completely black. This large wall hanging is hand-knotted in thick black cotton, with rows of diamonds, arches and tight lattice bands that read almost like an ancient textile. It finishes in a long, layered fringe with a stepped lower tier.

Against a white or plaster wall it becomes the anchor of the room: calm from a distance, full of detail up close.
